I've got a date with a new, and re-envigorated self next tues (may 8th). I'm flying out to amsterdam, and then to Italy, to were me and my concert chorale from school are going to be visiting and playing tourist in Rome, Florence, and Venice over 2 weeks.

Were going to travel throughout the country singing at various churches and ministering to areas that have never seen an american choir in its history (like Calabria, this southern region near Sicily, literally still run by the mafia!)

I'm so stoked, I can't wait to traverse the same pathways that Grecians, Romans, and old world travelers from another time had gone. Were the Enlightenment, Renaissance, and the world's creative rebirth existed hundreds of years before America was even stumbled upon.

I can't wait to see what God has in store for our trip and i cant wait to see the lives that will be changed by our ministry!

I just bought a 2Gb memory card for my finepix, so im going out of my mind just thinking of the 2000 gorgeous shots of italy i will bring back.

kind of wish i had a Holga to take with me, too...
